Apple Juice

Ingredients:

1 apple (chopped and peeled)

2 cups of water

3 tablespoons of honey

Directions:

You should blend together the apple that you have chopped with the water. Blend this for 30 seconds and then add in the 3 tablespoons of honey. Make sure everything is mixed together properly.

Avocado Juice

Ingredients:

Pulp of 1 avocado

1 cup of water

3 spoons of palm sugar

½ cup of yogurt

Directions:

Blend together the pulp and water at first. After that add in the sugar and blend again. You can place the yogurt at the top of the cup for decoration. This is an amazing juice recipes that will help you lose weight and will nourish your body.

Mango Juice

Ingredients:

1 mango (peeled and chopped)

1 cup of water

3 tablespoons of palm sugar

1 cup of yogurt

Directions:

You should blend together the mango and the water at first. Then you must add in the sugar. After that you can place the yogurt at the top of the cup for decoration. This is a great juice if you want to feel energized 24/7.

Cucumber Juice

Ingredients:

1 chopped cucumber

1 cup of buttermilk

1 teaspoon of rock salt

1 tablespoon of curry leaves

1 tablespoon of coriander leaves

Directions:

First you must extract all the juice from the cucumber. After that you must grind the curry and coriander leaves to squeeze out the juice. The next step is to the mix the butter milk with the cucumber juice. Just add a pinch of rock salt and mix everything together. The cucumber juice is now ready to serve!

Orange Juice

Ingredients:

2 peeled oranges

3 spoons of palm sugar

1 cup of water

Directions:

Take a mixer and combine the oranges, sugar, and water together completely. You should then filter the juice so that you can remove all the pulp. When this step is completed your orange juice will be ready to serve!

Pumpkin Juice

Ingredients:

Pulp of a small pumpkin

2 tablespoons of sugar candy

2 cups of water

Directions:

You should place the pumpkin into a juicer and extract all the juice from it. You should add in the 2 tablespoons of sugar and water once you remove the pulp. Once this is done, you will have to blend the mixture again until it becomes a creamy looking juice. Also, you can use honey instead of sugar to get a creamy taste.

Pineapple Juice

Ingredients:

¼ cup of pineapples

3 spoons of palm sugar

2 cups of water

Directions:

You should peel the skin of the pineapple and chop it into pieces. Use ¼ of a cup of pineapple for your drink. After that you should combine the sugar, water, and chopped fruit together in a blender. Grind all of the ingredients together so that you can get smooth mixture. It would be tastier if you filter the drink before you actually start to drink it.
